Case Study: Archetype Integrated marketing (AIm)

An internal, centralized hub and showcase for the integrated marketing team.

Overview

I created AIM (Archetype Integrated Marketing) to serve as a centralized digital hub, housing, organizing, and showcasing the full breadth of work produced by the integrated marketing team. More than just a repository, AIM was designed as a strategic tool, one that connected services, surfaced case studies, and empowered cross-functional collaboration across teams and regions.

Purpose

AIM was designed to solve a growing problem: how to give visibility to a wide range of creative and strategic work that was often buried in decks, folders, or disconnected tools, and make it discoverable, usable, and inspiring.

The site became:

  • An educational tool for account leads seeking to know more about service offerings
  • A browsable gallery of case studies, sortable by client or capability
  • A sharable, easy-to-navigate experience that was added to Archetype AIR (Internal Resource) for global access

My role

  • Concept + Strategy: Identified the opportunity, pitched the idea, and aligned with leadership on goals
  • UX/UI Design: Designed the layout, content structure, and navigation
  • Build + Launch: Developed the site in Webflow, ensuring full responsiveness and CMS scalability
  • Video Creation: Produced a short walkthrough video to showcase site functionality and support onboarding
  • Ongoing Curation: Managed content updates, team additions, and structural improvements over time
  • Coaching and Training: Conducted training sessions with design team on maintenance and updates

Results

  • Became the go-to resource for showcasing integrated work internally and with new business teams
  • Created a shared language around AIM services, making it easier to match client needs with our capabilities
  • Gave the AIM team a centralized presence and a sense of collective identity within the agency
