An internal storytelling platform that turns employee success stories into comic-style narratives built around the company’s six core values. Combining generative AI, design systems, and narrative design, the program created a repeatable format for celebrating teamwork, innovation, and culture across the organization.

Seven full volumes have been produced to date, each celebrating real business wins and teamwork across global teams. The impact has been both measurable and cultural:
