Case Study: ALANIA PRESS

A Multi-channel Creative Platform for an Original IP

Overview

Alania Press is the creative and publishing studio behind The Chronicles of Durajan. I founded the imprint to build a narrative universe supported by a full digital ecosystem, integrated brand identity, and multi-channel marketing strategy. The platform blends storytelling, UX, illustration, and content architecture into a cohesive world-building experience.

The opportunity

To establish a fully original intellectual property platform that could scale across books, digital experiences, art, tools, and future transmedia opportunities.

The challenge was to create a system that could support a multi-book series, evolve across formats, and scale into digital experiences, communities, and future media.

For decades I built worlds for global brands across tech, gaming, and enterprise campaigns. Alania Press emerged as a way to apply that strategic and creative rigor to an original IP.

My role

  • Illustration and visual systems
  • Narrative structure and world architecture
